What happens if you call?
If you want to report suspicious activity on property that do not require immediate law enforcement, fire or medical assistance, will gather as much information as possible to relay out to the field officers, we will ask for name of the property and/or address, where on property (apt/building number), description of the event been witnessed, description of person/s involve, and any other information that might be important to know. We will ask for your name, phone and location on property and if you would like to be contacted by the security specialist that responded, while is information is volunteer it does help build a case for future action against tenants and helps us gather more information if need it be. If you would like, we can provide you with an Event number that can be used for following or to provide as a reference if an event continues to happen.
- All calls and email will remain anonyms to the complained, we do not give your information out no to no one, the only exception is to law enforcement with a legitimate reason or court order. ↩︎
